Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
  • Assist with office supply management and ordering.
  • Support team members with various administrative projects as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients or vendors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with scheduling software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
