Key Responsibilities
-Sales & Client Management:
- Promote and sell various travel products (flights, hotels, packages, tours).
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
-Itinerary & Booking:
- Create customized travel plans and itineraries.
- Book flights, accommodations, insurance, and activities.
- Handle payments, fees, and manage cancellations or issues.
-Market & Product Expertise:
- Stay current on destinations, cultures, weather, and travel trends.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of property features, policies, and unique selling points (if hotel-based).
- Research competitors and market behavior.
-Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, offer letters, and business correspondence.
