Full job description
- To clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment.
- To work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service staff.
- To work as per duty schedule and shifts.
- To perform all stewarding tasks as per instructions.
- Cleaning or kitchen, floors, tables, ceilings, chinaware, glassware.
- Preparation for Buffet setups such as chaffing dish and fuel refilling.
- Maintaining Chinaware, utensil, glassware, stationary, chemical store and charcoal store in proper condition.
- Breakage monitoring at all times.
- Take way products to be maintained safe.
- Cleanliness of the dish washing machine, ice machine and any food related equipment’s to maintain at all times.
