Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. The role involves coordinating HR activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
- Support payroll preparation, attendance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate visa, medical, and insurance processes
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, and offer letters
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
- Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies
- Assist with HR reports and audits
Requirements
- 1–3 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
