Project Coordinator

Full job description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking to support ongoing construction and site projects. The ideal candidate should be available for immediate joining and preferably under her own visa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth execution
  • Assist Project Managers in tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Communicate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage and track project resources, material movement, and manpower schedules
  • Monitor and report project progress to management regularly
  • Handle correspondence and internal coordination across departments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or engineering
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to join immediately
