Job Title: Housekeeping & Hospitality Attendant (Female)

We are looking for a female Housekeeping & Hospitality Attendant with a strong hospitality background to join our premium dental clinics. This role combines clinic cleanliness with patient comfort, ensuring a welcoming and high-end experience for our patients.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is mandatory
• Experience working in a hotel, clinic, or hospitality environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward patients
• Well-groomed, presentable, and service-oriented
• Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Willing to work 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all clinic areas (reception, waiting area, treatment rooms, restrooms)
• Ensure clinic meets high standards of presentation at all times
• Greet patients politely and offer hospitality services
• Ask patients about their preferred beverages (water, tea, coffee, etc.)
• Prepare and serve drinks to patients in a professional and hygienic manner
• Ensure pantry and hospitality area are clean, stocked, and organized
• Support clinic staff with general housekeeping and hospitality needs
• Follow clinic policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards
