What you will be doing:
- You’ll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team’s development
- Ensure that all service standards are being followed in friendly manner
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
- Coordinate and respond to all childcare enquiries that relate to the hotel children’s club via
- telephone, e mail and in person
- Plan and deliver an exciting weekly entertainment and activity programs using imaginative
- ideas for special promotions and think outside the box
- Use pro – active ideas on possible new initiatives to attract new business
- First Aid Procedures and Fire Safety in place
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Hotel/Resort
- Background in Kids Entertainment/Adventure/Education
- Relevant certifications/qualifications desired for the role
- Proven ability to build and maintain excellent guest relations
- Service-focused personality with a proactive approach and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and drive team success
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
