Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Finance department in Dubai, the Finance Coordinator is responsible for smooth coordination of daily finance operations, effective document control, schedule management, and timely follow-up on departmental deadlines. Finance Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Finance.
As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior finance leadership.
- Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups for efficient workflow.
- Prepare, organize, track, and maintain financial documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication within the Finance department and across other departments.
- Support the Income Audit section with paperwork, filing, reconciliation, and document verification.
- Assist with data compilation, report preparation, financial analysis, and other assigned administrative duties.
As a Finance Coordinator, we expect from you:
