The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities: screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters
- Prepare joining formalities, contracts, and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheets
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts
- Maintain employee files (physical & digital)
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate visa processing, renewal, cancellation, and medicals
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
