Breakfast by Alya is a breakfast-focused café in Abu Dhabi, known for quality food, great coffee, and warm hospitality. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team and support our daily breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages to café standards
• Operate espresso machines and grinders correctly
• Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and equipment
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Assist during peak breakfast hours

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Availability for early morning shifts
• UAE experience is an advantage
