The Restaurant Supervisor supports the restaurant by overseeing daily operations. You will assist in leading the team, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and helping achieve business targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver excellent service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • Assist with staff scheduling and labor cost management
  • Help monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving financial targets
  • Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale
  • Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

  • Must have own / freelance / sponsored visa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
