We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support to provide technical assistance and support to internal users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees (onsite and remote).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords.
- Support operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common business applications.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain IT documentation, manuals, and support logs.
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and IT projects.
