Orient Cleaning Service is looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations through effective scheduling, planning, and coordination, while consistently going the extra mile to support company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily scheduling and planning of cleaning staff and drivers
  • Coordinate between office, field teams, and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer bookings, updates, and follow-ups professionally
  • Monitor attendance, shifts, and job completion reports
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Take initiative to improve processes and service quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrator, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems
  • Experience in cleaning or facilities management industry is an advantage
  • Flexible, responsible, and willing to give extra effort when required
