Orient Cleaning Service is looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations through effective scheduling, planning, and coordination, while consistently going the extra mile to support company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily scheduling and planning of cleaning staff and drivers
- Coordinate between office, field teams, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer bookings, updates, and follow-ups professionally
- Monitor attendance, shifts, and job completion reports
- Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
- Take initiative to improve processes and service quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrator, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems
- Experience in cleaning or facilities management industry is an advantage
- Flexible, responsible, and willing to give extra effort when required
