We are seeking an experienced and responsible Pool Supervisor to oversee daily swimming pool operations and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on pool operations experience, and a solid understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and manage lifeguards, pool attendants, and pool staff
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, pool rules, and emergency procedures
• Monitor pool water quality, chemical balance, and coordinate routine testing and cleaning
• Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities, equipment, and furniture
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
• Organize and oversee pool activities, swimming lessons, and special events
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, maintenance, incidents, and accidents
• Train, coach, and evaluate pool staff on safety, customer service, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and municipality regulations
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management in a timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree or certification in hospitality, recreation management, or a related field is an advantage)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pool operations or lifeguard supervision
• 4–6 years of UAE experience in pool operations preferred
• Valid Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
