Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in tracking shipments, invoices, and other logistics-related records.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and organize necessary data.
- Perform regular backups to secure information and prevent data loss.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support administrative staff in filing, documentation, and related tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong typing speed with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus.
