Data entry operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
  • Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist in tracking shipments, invoices, and other logistics-related records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather and organize necessary data.
  • Perform regular backups to secure information and prevent data loss.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support administrative staff in filing, documentation, and related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
  • Strong typing speed with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus.
