  • Communicating with clients via phone, by email and in person to offer documentation Services.
  • Performing initial background research and briefing the consultant
  • Seeing to administrative tasks like making copies and sending invoices
  • Attending clients alongside the Consultant and taking accurate notes on attestation
  • Organizing documents for attestatiom and handing over to consultant
  • Transcribing and proofreading legal documents Scheduling client appointments
  • Providing administrative support to manager enhance office effectiveness
  • Handling communication with clients.
