Job Title: Trading Desk Executive

Role Overview:

Dinero Markets is seeking to hire an experienced and diligent Trading Desk Executive.

The Executive/Dealer will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and execution of trading operations within the brokerage. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the orderly functioning of the trading environment by overseeing client trades, deposits, and withdrawals, while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements. The Dealer acts as a frontline operational safeguard, ensuring trading activity is conducted fairly, efficiently, and transparently.

Key Responsibilities:

The Trading Desk Executive will be responsible for monitoring all client trading activity across the brokerage’s trading platforms, ensuring trades are executed accurately, promptly, and in accordance with market conditions and internal policies. This includes continuous oversight of open positions, order flows, spreads, liquidity, and execution quality to identify irregular or suspicious trading behaviour.

The role involves monitoring and reviewing all client deposits and withdrawals to ensure accuracy, legitimacy, and compliance with internal procedures, anti-money laundering controls, and applicable regulatory standards. The Dealer will liaise closely with the finance and compliance teams to ensure that all fund movements are properly authorised, reconciled, and documented.

Executives will also oversee exposure management and risk levels, escalating concerns where abnormal trading patterns, excessive risk concentrations, or system irregularities are identified. This includes supporting margin monitoring, stop-out procedures, and ensuring platform integrity during periods of high market volatility.

The position requires coordination with liquidity providers, technology teams, and platform administrators to ensure uninterrupted trading operations, prompt resolution of execution issues, and accurate pricing feeds. The Executive will also assist in investigating client queries or complaints relating to trade execution, pricing, or account activity, providing clear and professional explanations where required.

Compliance and Controls:

The Trading Deak Executive is expected to operate in strict accordance with the brokerage’s internal policies, regulatory obligations, and risk management framework. Accurate record-keeping, audit trails, and reporting are integral to the role. Any suspicious activity, system anomalies, or potential breaches must be promptly escalated to senior management or the compliance function.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a forex brokerage, trading desk, or the financial market’s operations role. A strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, order types, and execution models is essential. The role requires high attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and sound judgement when managing real-time trading activity.

Strong analytical skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders are critical. Familiarity with regulatory expectations for trading operations and client fund monitoring is highly desirable.

Working Hours and Remuneration:

The position is full-time, with working hours aligned to market operations and business requirements. Salary and benefits will be offered in line with experience and the responsibilities of the role.
