Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and distributing mail/packages.
  • Run errands outside the office, including purchasing supplies, bank deposits, or delivering documents.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, toiletries).
  • Set up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, equipment) and assist with minor maintenance issues.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing courier services and support staff with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
