Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage company events, exhibitions, and special activities.
  • Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.
  • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Marketing Duties:
  • Assist in promoting events through social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Support marketing team with content creation, branding, and advertising initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to increase event visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination is an advantage.
  • Exposure to marketing activities such as promotions, social media, or branding.
