We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands brand storytelling, and knows how to turn content into engagement and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Creation
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand goals
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, short videos, and captions
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling
- Coordinate photoshoots, product shots, and behind-the-scenes content
Platform Management
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram & TikTok
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with followers and build an active online community
Brand Growth & Engagement
- Grow followers organically through trends, collaborations, and community engagement
- Identify and execute influencer and brand collaborations
- Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions)
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience behavior
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, pop-ups, and events
- Support marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives
- Coordinate giveaways, contests, and limited-time offers
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and design teams
- Ensure content aligns with in-store activities and brand messaging
- Manage basic ad boosting or coordinate with paid media specialists if required
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in F&B, café, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Basic video skills (Reels/TikTok)
- Influencer outreach and collaboration experience
