We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Trainee to support our sales and accounts team. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and accounts department
- Support the Sales Manager and complete assigned tasks
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Assist in client onboarding and follow-ups
- Perform data entry and documentation work
- Support WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and social media activities
- Assist with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media channels
- Build and maintain good client relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder (Pass or Fail – not an issue)
- Experience not required (Freshers welcome)
- Must be available in Dubai and able to join immediately
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of social media, WhatsApp & email marketing
- Basic English communication skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and willing to learn
Working Hours
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 per month
