- Greet patients and manage patient flow to ensure a positive and efficient experience.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
- Collect and update patient records accurately in our system.
- Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and medical records requests.
- Answer patient inquiries about services, appointments, billing, and other general information.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers as needed.
- Communicate with medical staff to ensure seamless care and accurate documentation.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
