Full job description

  • Greet patients and manage patient flow to ensure a positive and efficient experience.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details.
  • Collect and update patient records accurately in our system.
  • Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and medical records requests.
  • Answer patient inquiries about services, appointments, billing, and other general information.
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare providers as needed.
  • Communicate with medical staff to ensure seamless care and accurate documentation.
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
