Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage inventory, including stock receiving, storage, and issuing
  • Maintain accurate stock records and prepare reports
  • Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock
  • Supervise and guide store staff
  • Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of the store
  • Handle customer or internal department requests professionally
  • Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft
  • Coordinate with suppliers and management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
