Your Role:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants and sales agents.
• Craft and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Provide continuous coaching and performance evaluation to drive success.
• Analyze market trends and position the team for competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining Masterpiece’s values of integrity and excellence.

We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven success in real estate sales, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and team management capabilities.
• A consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Abu Dhabi Broker License is a must.
