Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer with proven UAE experience to support our Spa HR operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in recruitment, visa processing, annual leave payroll, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate visa and labor card processing in compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Maintain accurate records of employee leaves (annual, sick, unpaid)
  • Calculate and process annual leave payroll in line with company policy and UAE labor law
  • Update and manage HRIS/HRMS systems with employee data
  • Support employee relations and respond to HR queries professionally
  • Liaise with government authorities, PROs, and external agencies as required

Requirements:

  • Male – Any Nationality
  • Minimum 2 years UAE HR experience, preferably in the spa or salon industry
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and HR compliance
  • Experience in recruitment, visa processing, and leave payroll
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
