Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update and maintain accurate data in company databases.
- Review data English and Arabic for errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues.
- Prepare Sold Property SPAs (Sales Purchase Agreements), booking forms and customer files.
- Conduct compliance checks on sales transactions and approval.
- Upload, track and archive sales contracts and supporting documents in ERP and internal filing system.
- Ensure signed SPAs are verified, complete and properly recorded to support Finance and Registration.
- Generate basic reports as needed related to sales transactions.
- Ensure daily targets and deadlines are met.
- Support administrative tasks when required.
