Full job description

We are seeking a Timekeeper to join our payroll team. He will be the backbone of accurate labor tracking, ensuring employee hours, attendance, and overtime are meticulously recorded.

Responsibility:

  • Accurately track daily attendance, hours worked, overtime, leaves, and absences for all project staff.
  • Prepare and submit timely, error-free reports on attendance and labor utilization.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Project Managers to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Experienced in biometric attendance tracking system and good in MS Excell.
