Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer service and front-desk support
  • Manage vehicle reservations and client inquiries via phone, email, and approved messaging platforms
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and return schedules with internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain administrative documents, records, and checklists
  • Provide administrative support across HR coordination, PRO processes, and basic accounting tasks as required
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Additional language skills (such as Korean) are an advantage for supporting diverse client needs
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, hospitality, automotive, or car rental environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with UAE business practices or local market experience is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High attention to detail and a professional approach to client service
