Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious branded residences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring goals are achieved.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and growth in the luxury and off-plan segments.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on investment opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine tactics.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and exceed sales targets.
  • Energetic, assertive, and a strong presence in client engagements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, French, or Russian is an advantage.
