We are hiring: Call Center Executive – Abu Dhabi
Providential Properties Management is a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, specializing in property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about company projects, properties, and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and inquiries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, or direct them to the right department.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset.
- UAE experience is a must.
