Job Description
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate client installation and fit-out activities. The role involves scheduling jobs, coordinating site teams, handling customer communication, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation and fit-out jobs
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate fit-out teams
- Communicate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and service issues
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all sites
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Manage logistics such as material delivery and team movement
- Maintain records and report job progress to management
Requirements
- Experience in fit-out operations, site coordination, production coordination, or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of site logistics and installation workflows
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Proficient in MS Excel and WhatsApp for coordination
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years in fit-outs, interiors, construction, furnishings, or facility services
- Experience with curtains, blinds, or furnishing installations is a plus
