Job Purpose
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office on a daily basis. When the Vice President (VP) is in town, the Cleaner will be assigned to his residence to ensure the home is properly maintained. The Cleaner will report to the Office Manager and follow assigned schedules and duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in the office, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as offices, pantry, washrooms, meeting rooms, and reception.
- Ensure office supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials are stocked and replenished.
When the VP is in town:
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in the VP’s residence.
- Ensure all assigned areas in the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Support with basic household tasks as required.
When the VP is not in town:
Continue regular office cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Dispose of waste safely and hygienically.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and professional.
- Flexible and able to adapt to work both in office and residential environments.
