We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our corporate office in Dubai. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to provide a premium client experience in line with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and VIP guests with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor access.
  • Maintain a tidy and elegant reception area reflecting the brand’s luxury identity.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, courier coordination, and office supplies management.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in dealing with clients and business information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role (luxury, jewellery, or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable, polished, and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, discretion, and customer-service mindset.
