Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all general administrative work
  • Office coordination and basic office control
  • Documentation, filing, and record keeping
  • Data entry and updating records
  • Client follow-ups (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
  • Support sales, production, and management teams
  • Perform mixed admin and coordination tasks as required

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration or similar role
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Experience in printing, signage, or advertising is an advantage
