We are a Dubai-based General Trading company seeking a Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing strong administrative and sales coordination support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities.

Reception & Front Desk

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle courier, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing correspondence

Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and order follow-ups
  • Maintain customer records, sales reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, orders, and payments

Administrative Support

  • Data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with basic office administration tasks
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal (soft) skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
