Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily Front of House (FOH) operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and a positive dining experience at all times.
  • Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Oversee table allocations, reservations, and seating arrangements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.
  • Monitor inventory of service items (cutlery, crockery, linen) and report shortages.
  • Assist in implementing service procedures, promotions, and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support management with daily reports, staff scheduling, and operational requirements.
  • Train new staff and provide on-the-job coaching to improve service quality.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Front of House Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of food service standards and guest service etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Immediate availability to join is preferred.
