Position: Office Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support our daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to staff, guests, and visitors.
  • Assist with general office tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Deliver documents within the office premises or building.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry utensils and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain store items, tools, racks, and common areas.
  • Monitor and manage stock, deliveries, and company vehicles as required.
  • Ensure the pantry is clean, disinfected, and well-organized daily.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of work experience (any field).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Well-groomed with good personal hygiene.
  • Polite, cooperative, and with a positive attitude.
  • Other benefits as per company policy
