Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, and labor-related documentation
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
- Support disciplinary procedures and employee grievance handling
- Coordinate training and development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Immediate joiners preferred
