HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, and labor-related documentation
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
  • Support disciplinary procedures and employee grievance handling
  • Coordinate training and development activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Immediate joiners preferred
