We are seeking a motivated Arabic Sales & Training Coordinator to support our sales activities and coordinate training programs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, well-organized, and experienced in sales coordination and training support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support sales activities and client follow-ups
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training programs
  • Liaise with clients, trainers, and internal teams
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain records, schedules, and participant data
  • Support events, exhibitions, and training sessions as required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in sales coordination, training coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

  • Experience in training centers, education, or event management
  • UAE experience is an advantage
