Document Controller Cum Secretary.

Preferred: Someone with previous Construction Experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Assist in preparing Material Submittal & Quotations.
  • Assist in preparing estimations.
  • Assist in making purchase orders.
  • Informs visitors by answering or Referring inquiries & Referring Emails.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges, maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments

HR worker includes:

  • Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
  • Contact references and perform background checks
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Process paperwork
  • Maintains Employee Database Soft & Hard Copy
  • Maintains Visa, EID, Labour Records
