Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment that aligns with our brand’s commitment to wellness and rejuvenation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation zones, and locker facilities
• Assist in the daily operations of the spa, including managing supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding them through spa offerings
• Support spa therapists and other staff in preparing for treatments and sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
• Monitor and maintain the spa’s ambiance, including lighting, music, and temperature to enhance the guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

Preferred:

• Experience in a spa setting or knowledge of spa treatments and services
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
