Full job description

We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our medical center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients, and booking appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Book, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Maintain accurate call records and customer information
  • Coordinate with clinic staff when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
  • Languages required: Arabic & English
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
