Grill Avenue is a new restaurant in the Marina serving international comfort food with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff
  • Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food presentation
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and on-shift performance
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and management team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling
  • Train, motivate, and support team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant or café
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in casual dining or breakfast concepts is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
  • Good English communication
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
