  • Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Assist in scheduling, briefing, and training front office staff
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution
  • Monitor room status, arrivals, departures, and VIP movements
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B departments
  • Ensure accurate posting of charges and cash handling procedures
  • Prepare daily reports and shift handovers
  • Support upselling of rooms and hotel services
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a hotel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar preferred)
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in a 4–5 star hotel environment
  • Knowledge of local regulations and guest handling standards
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
