We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents who are fluent in German or Italian to join our expanding team. In this position, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their questions, provide product details, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Candidates must be fluent in one of the specified languages and possess excellent communication skills along with a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle customer calls in German or Italian
  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customer inquiries
  • Address complaints and offer effective solutions
  • Maintain customer records and follow company procedures

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German or Italian (native or advanced level)
