Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant is responsible for managing front-desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges if required

Administrative Support

  • Perform general office administration and clerical duties
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Prepare letters, emails, reports, and basic documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and meeting room arrangements
  • Assist HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors

Coordination & Support

  • Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external parties
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Ensure office cleanliness and readiness at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
