Position Overview
A Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or greater
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and polite demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Sponsered visa preferred candidate

- Experience in front desk or administrative roles
