The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle all member and guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in person, via phone, and email.
  • Manage member registrations, renewals, upgrades, freezes, and cancellations.
  • Explain our membership plans, policies, and promotions clearly.
  • Record all inquiries, memberships, and daily check-ins in Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member data and reports.
  • Perform daily front desk operations including check-ins and access control.
  • Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic cashier duties.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and gym management/accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate financial, membership, and attendance records.
  • Coordinate with trainers, management, and staff to support daily operations.
  • Address and resolve member’s complaints professionally or escalate when required.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Follow gym policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
