JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Facilitate budget planning for a smooth flow of operations.
- Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, briefing, and placing calls
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare presentation materials, and reports for meetings.
- Manage and review incident and emergency investigations.
- Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery
- Evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement
- Plan, select and oversee appropriate equipment and/or technologies.
- look after sales team , as well as introducing the sales ideas , signing up with service providers and aggregator making sure of the growth
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Preferably with experience in cleaning industry through various channels.
- Possess good leadership skills
- Project Management skills and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
- Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors
