At Technoavia, the Warehouse Storekeeper will oversee the day-to-day management of warehouse stock and supervise the team of pickers and packers. The role focuses on ensuring items are accurately picked, properly packed, and thoroughly documented before leaving the warehouse. The Storekeeper will maintain an organized warehouse layout and racking system to support efficient retrieval and storage of inventory across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse pickers and packers, ensuring accuracy in all order picking and packing activities.
• Monitor and verify that packed goods meet company standards for presentation and documentation.
• Maintain a systematic and well-labeled warehouse storage layout to support efficient stock handling.
• Ensure itemization of all items into the warehouse to maintain stock tracking and documentation.
• Track the physical location of all inventory items within racking and storage areas.
• Conduct periodic stock checks to confirm accuracy between physical goods and system records.
• Work closely with the Inventory Controller and other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Enforce housekeeping and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Participate in physical stock counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a storekeeper or warehouse supervisor in a manufacturing, trading, or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and warehouse racking organization.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills to manage warehouse staff.
• Good understanding of documentation and reporting procedures for stock movement.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse environment with moderate lifting requirements.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistent standards across warehouse activities.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory management considered an added advantage.
• Strong English understanding and communication skills.
